LOCK Lock code is (last 4 digits of your phone #). To unlock enter code. To lock, press the lock symbol. SHEETS AND LINENS The sheets were washed upon your arrival. There is a spare comforter and sheets in the ottoman in the loft. This can be used on the pull-out sofa bed in the loft. Prior to leaving, kindly wash all of the used sheets and leave them in the washing machine. We will dry them. Laundry pods/dryer sheets are provided (summer rentals no only). SHEETS, a pillow and a blanket for the pull-out in the loft are in the ottoman. TRASH/RECYCLES get picked up early Monday morning. Please place the bins on the curb on Sunday evening, any time after 4pm. POOL We pay a service for care and maintenance, the guys come once a week, usually on Thurs or Friday. NO DIVING PERMITTED. Pool is heated to 80-82 degrees. CABLE - YouTube TV is enabled on all TVs. Use the app on the TV to access. There is a three screen at a time limit on the YouTube TV account. Please your own personal logins for any other TV apps. BEACH TAGS (N/A for winter rental) We have provided 4 beach tags for you to borrow during your stay. Children 12 years of age and younger do not require a beach tag. If you lose a tag, $20 per lost tag will be deducted from your security deposit. We leave the beach tags in the foyer on the table. GARAGE KEYS The garage key is in the wooden tray on the foyer table. Turn the key then lift the handle. **GARAGE DOOR ONLY OPENS HALF-WAY – PLEASE DONT TRY AND FORCE IT ALL THE WAY UP** BIKES Two bikes/helmets are available for your use. There is a tire pump in the garage on the shelf. BEACH CHAIRS There are 7 beach chairs available for your use in the garage and hanging outside. There are hooks on the side of the house to stow the chairs after coming back from the beach. SOLO STOVE fire pit There is a solo stove fire pit in the garage. The fire pit must be allowed to cool before being covered. DO NOT USE THE SOLO STOVE UNDER THE DECK. We usually use it on the upstairs deck placed on the outdoor area rug. **Please cover when not in use to avoid rust** GRILL Webber grill. Pls allow to cool and cover when not in use. Please clean the grill after each use. The grill cleaning brush is provided. DISHES Kindly run the dishwasher prior to your departure. Dish soap and dishwasher tabs are provided. PARTIES are not permitted.
